Travel FAQs

Q: Is there a fee to plan my vacation?

A: Yes, a non-refundable $50 processing fee is required to research your travel request, however, this amount will be credited towards your balance when you book with us. 

Q: Do I need to purchase travel insurance?

A: Travel insurance is optional and can be added to all packages.  It must be paid in full at the time of booking and is unable to be added once the itinerary has been confirmed.

Q: Why do I need travel insurance?

A: Travel insurance exists to protect you from certain financial risks and losses that can occur while traveling. Trip cancellation and interruption benefits can reimburse you for non-refundable, pre-paid trip costs (up to the amount of your policy limits) should your trip be cancelled or interrupted for a covered reason. Depending on the plan you choose, travel insurance also can get you crucial assistance in a medical emergency; reimburse you for eligible losses caused by a covered travel delay, baggage delay or baggage loss/damage; and help in other situations as well.

Q: Under what conditions am I able to cancel my trip?

A: You may cancel your vacation for ANY reason prior to departure and receive a full refund for your vacation, less the cost of the Travel Protection plan, including, non-refundable airfares. Non-refundable hotel rates are not included. Your refund is made in the original form of payment unless at the time of purchase you elect refund in the form of travel credits. All refunds must be requested within 60 days of the date of cancellation.  Any cash refunds not requested within 60 days will be given in the form of travel credits.

Q: How early can I book my vacation?

A: This is dependent upon each supplier.  Some suppliers offer accommodations years in advance.  Flight schedules are available 11 months prior to travel. We can always book your accommodations first and add your airfare later.

Q: When is my final payment due?

A: For all vacations booked, your final balance is due 45 days prior to departure.  Please know we are unable to grant an extension on this timeline because this policy is set by our suppliers. If payment is not received 5 days after the due date, vacations are subject to automatic cancellation.

Q: Do you I have to pay for the full amount of the trip when I book?

A: The deposit amount depends on the numbers of days booked before your booking date.  If booked 30 days prior to your departure, the full amount is due.  If booked 60 or more days prior to departure a small deposit, dependent on the supplier is due, plus the travel insurance, with the remaining balance being due 45 days prior to departure.
